The service attitude was okay, and the wait time was only a few minutes. However, the staff informed me that there were no Audi A3s available and gave me a GM SUV instead, which they considered an upgrade due to its larger size. I was not happy about this because smaller cars are more suitable for the narrow, winding, and steep roads of the Dolomites. A larger car would only make driving more cumbersome.

I was not satisfied with the car upgrade and the refusal to note the existing damage on the rental form, although everything else was fine.

Although it seemed like an upgrade on the surface, I wasn't happy. I mainly rented the car for driving in the Dolomites, where smaller cars are better suited for narrow and winding roads. A larger car only made my driving more difficult.

Additionally, I was dissatisfied that they replaced my rental with a larger car and refused to note the existing damages on the car rental contract form. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The staff's attitude is excellent and they never force you to buy additional insurance, which increases my trust in this company. I don't consider other companies anymore when renting a car. My car once had a malfunction alert, and to prevent any accidents, they gave me a replacement car for free and even upgraded me to a better model. I have now become a loyal fan of this company. Yes, I am happy to recommend their cars to any friends, it's definitely a wise choice.

Overall satisfied. The vehicle provided didn't have a recognizable brand, possibly a local UK brand. The trunk was large enough to fit four suitcases. However, the two rear doors couldn't be opened from the inside and required someone outside to open them, which was very inconvenient. We tried several times, and it wasn't due to the child lock, unsure of the reason.

This was my first time using this company. No need for a credit card hold, which was very convenient. The car had automatic toll payment equipment, so I could just settle the fees at the company upon return. Extremely efficient.

The provided vehicle was old and full of scratches. During a 5-day rental, we had to stop at a highway service area to refuel. After parking for about ten minutes, the vehicle wouldn't start due to its own issues. Following coordination with the car rental platform, we exchanged the vehicle at a Lisbon branch, but this delay caused a 7-hour interruption. On May 29, we returned the car on time in Madrid. The vehicle breakdown caused a 7-hour delay, leading to significant panic and anxiety. Not only did we receive no compensation, but one week and three weeks after the return, 1700 euros were deducted from my credit card twice. This rental company provides poor quality vehicles and is very dishonest. During the vehicle exchange in Lisbon, the staff prohibited recording and threatened to sue us if we did.

The overall experience for both picking up and dropping off this car was quite poor: When picking up the car, there was a system error at the rental company, and I was initially given a large business vehicle. I had to return to the airport counter to exchange it for the car I reserved, a Subaru Forester. However, they didn’t have a Forester available at the time and gave me a similar Mazda instead (I’m not sure of the specific model). To avoid further delays, I accepted the Mazda, but its interior and luggage space were smaller than the Forester. When returning the car, I was in a rush to catch a flight and didn’t refuel. Later, I noticed a charge of over 330 AUD for fuel on my credit card, whereas normally refueling would cost only 60 AUD. I filed a complaint with Zuzuche's customer service, and they responded promptly, stating that the rental company would refund the excess charge to my card within 7-10 business days. I’m still waiting to see if this refund will happen on time. Additionally, this drop-off point charges exorbitant airport construction fees!

Our car rental experience in Thailand was incredible. From the booking process, everything was smooth. The pick-up location was very convenient, and the staff greeted us warmly and processed everything quickly. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and we had no issues during the drive. Returning the car was also very simple and fast. This rental experience left a deep impression on us, especially the service quality and efficiency in handling problems. Truly excellent! There was no one at the airport rental counter, had to call to find the rental company staff. Instead of authorizing on the credit card, they directly deducted over $300 as a deposit, which caused later issues when the company denied refunding the deposit. It's been over two months since returning the car. The company confirmed one and a half months ago that the deposit could be refunded, but the money hasn't been returned to my account. Customer service said two weeks ago that the company had transferred the money, but today they changed their statement, saying the transfer was made just yesterday. The car rental company does not provide proof of the transfer. Overall, it has been over two months since returning the car and the deposit is still not refunded. Their responses are contradictory, and there seems to be some dishonesty involved. Another detail, the car inspection on return was the most meticulous I've ever seen, as if they were using a magnifying glass. This does not feel like the style of an international chain but more like a small local business. Tips: This company requires you to wash the car before returning it, otherwise, you have to pay ten dollars for the service. I do not recommend renting from this company in Uzbekistan, the experience was extremely poor.
