I have paid the full insurance from axa insurance from the qued application and the employee in the desk said that my axa insurance isn't valid because it's a third party..obviously it was lie and I paid almost 210 euros for an insurance she told me about the glasses and the tires

Staff as very helpful and efficient, got in and out in less than 10 minutes with a very positive experience.

The hold on my credit card took a little longer than expected so I was worried that it wouldn't go through, but closer to my trip all was great.

第3ターミナルの方なので、国際線利用だと店まで時間はかかりますが､旅行計画に合わせて車両を推薦してもらったり、営業時間外まで返却時間を延ばしてもらったり、非常に親切に対応してもらえました。他と比べて安いし､お薦めです。

Primera y última vez. Contratación engañosa. Para dejar una franquicia de 1.400€ es necesario tener un límite de 3.000€ en la tarjeta que no pone en ninguna parte. Total que el seguro que hice no sirvió de nada y tuvimos que pagar 123€ extras al no poder hacer la franquicia ya que "sólo" tenia un límite de 2.000€.

予想以上にひどい状態の車だった

It took us over 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Their location was far from what I expected. Service was poor. Staff was screaming when directing customer the instructions.

We waited well over an hour to see an agent. Then we waited to get our car about 20 minutes

El coche estuvo bien. No me reconocieron la cobertura de seguro contrata a través de QEEQ por tanto me volvieron a cobrar el seguro

La plataforma está ok pero el problema que tuvimos con la cobertura de seguro teniendo que pagarla dos veces empaño la experiencia. Fue un momento engorroso y molesto.

There was a bit of a wait to pick up the car. Two staff were serving. They did make us wait outside the portacabin whilst they dealt with other customers - and it was actually cold that day! However, once we were served it went smoothly - no hidden charges or attempted "upselling" so this was much appreciated. The return was done quickly an efficiently.

Please see above. Car had many faults. The dent should be fixed before being rented again.

Counter staff was good and clear with instructions to enable smooth and easy collection and drop-off.

Pickup was a bit slow. I called ahead as I was arriving but needed to wait an extra 20 minutes for the shuttle to the rental office. Overall shuttle wait, drive to rental office, paperwork and pickup took 1~1.5 hours.

Provide more details that there is no counter at the airport. It was not clear enough and had to call and ask.

Wonderful

Car was in much poorer condition than the vehicles we own. Fox Tampa staff is great; Fox corporate customer service awful. 2 major issues. After driving a bit, had an oil/burning smell that would not go away--seemed to have a bad tire or wheel bearing. Also, had a soft tire (took picture of air pressure screen) on pickup. Discovered next day that it wouldn't hold air after re-filling with air, because it had a nail in it. Fox Customer Service said we needed to pay because it was not reported within 6 hours. Very disappointed in their lack of appropriate service.
